Welcoming New Life Ceremonies
Welcoming a new life into your family is a wonderful experience. A welcoming, blessing or naming ceremony is the perfect way to mark the start of a new beginning and to welcome your child into the community of friends and family. It’s also to mark your new steps into parenthood and to give thanks for the miracle of life, it also creates a sense of arrival and affirms family ties. This ceremony can be done for a child at any age.
It is a joyous occasion and of course all are welcome to take part, siblings, grandparents and the extended family.
It would be my pleasure to create a meaningful, stress free ceremony for you whilst honoring your personal values and beliefs.
The ceremony can be conducted at any venue from your own back garden to a boat, hotel or a chapel, it’s completely up to you.
I always encourage you to choose your own poems, reading, rituals and music. I will also send on examples for you to look at. There are many beautiful rituals and accompaniments we can add to the ceremony,
